By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000; the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021; and the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and comply with applicable international data protection principles.

By accessing consacrant.com, submitting an inquiry, or engaging Consacrant Technologies for any service, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have valid authority to act on behalf of a business entity.
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Business information provided for proposal or service delivery purposes.
These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, prospective clients, and any other users of our website or services.

Services Offered
Consacrant Technologies provides technology consulting, software development, staff augmentation, product engineering, and related digital services (‘Services’). The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement, Statement of Work (SOW), or Service Agreement signed between the parties.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for such modifications, suspension, or discontinuation.

Intellectual Property
All content on consacrant.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Consacrant Technologies or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view our website content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of this website without prior written consent.
- Use our content for commercial purposes without explicit authorisation.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our content.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks.
With respect to work product delivered under a client engagement, intellectual property ownership shall be governed exclusively by the terms of the executed Service Agreement or SOW between Consacrant Technologies and the client.

Client Obligations
When engaging our services, you agree to:
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely risk-free. While we take every reasonable step to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security for data transmitted over the internet. You share information with us at your own risk.
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law — after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the delivery of services.
- Designate an authorised point of contact to facilitate communication and approvals.
- Ensure that any materials, data, or content you provide do not infringe any third-party rights and are legally permitted to be shared.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services.
- Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule and terms.
- Failure to fulfil these obligations may result in delays or interruption of services, for which Consacrant Technologies shall bear no liability.

Payment & Billing
Fees for services shall be as agreed in the applicable Service Agreement or SOW. Unless otherwise specified:
- Invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date.
- Late payments may attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable in India. GST shall be charged in addition to the agreed fees.
- We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment until outstanding amounts are settled.
We do not directly process or store payment card information. All payment transactions are handled by certified third-party payment processors.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, business, or technical information disclosed in the course of the engagement (‘Confidential Information’). Confidential Information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except:
Consacrant Technologies has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the privacy practices or content of any third-party websites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any external site before providing your personal information.
Embedded social sharing widgets may independently set cookies or collect identifiers. We advise reviewing the relevant platform’s privacy documentation if you interact with such features.
- As required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
- To employees or contractors who need access to perform the services, subject to equivalent confidentiality obligations.
- Information that is or becomes publicly available through no breach of this agreement.
This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of any service engagement for a period of three (3) years unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement specifies otherwise.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Consacrant Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Consacrant Technologies in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

Our website and its content are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the website.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be resolved as follows:
- Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice.
- Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
- Jurisdiction: Subject to the arbitration clause above, each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India for interim or injunctive relief.

Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Consacrant Technologies with respect to your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
